Kolliou Hardware Pty. Ltd. is a well-established, locally owned business serving over 50 suburbs. We specialize in providing quality hardware and locksmithing services to residential and commercial clients. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Locksmith to join our team.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a full-time Locksmith who will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of a variety of locks, keys, safes, and security systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain mechanical, electronic, and combination locks.
- Cut new or duplicate keys using key-cutting machines and tools.
- Assess security systems and recommend improvements to clients.
- Respond to emergency lockout situations and aid.
- Install and repair safes and vaults.
- Maintain records of all key systems and implement security measures.
- Provide lock and security advice to clients for homes, businesses, or properties.
- Stay up to date with advancements in lock technology and security systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to safety protocols while performing duties.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or IV in Engineering or Locksmithing (essential).
- More than 2 years of experience in a locksmith role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electronic, and combination locks.
- Proficient in key-cutting and lock installation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Physically fit, with the ability to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting.
