The Victorian Ombudsman is seeking to employ a VPS 5.1 Complaints Officer who can work with the Statutory Functions team in either a fixed term or ongoing capacity.

**Available opportunities**:

- VPS 5.1
- $91,418 to $103,725
- plus 10.5% employer superannuation contribution

**You will bring to this opportunity**:

- High service work ethic
- An interest in public law and policy
- Able to manage difficult conversations
- Able to manage competing priorities
