We are actively seeking expressions of interest from experienced Program Managers with expertise in Workday, Workforce Management (WFM), and Payroll implementations to support a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
About the Role
The Program Manager will be responsible for driving the large-scale, transformational, organisational-wide program to transform the way we pay our employees. They will establish and drive strict project governance through the use of project controls. Working with a cross section of both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the implementation. As such the capability to effectively track and report across a multifaceted program will be a critical responsibility.
The Program Manager must have the ability to communicate across all organisation levels effectively. The role will require a significant level of autonomous decision making, ability re-priorities on the go, and to know when to escalate as required. They bring their strong knowledge of Workday, Workforce Management (WFM) and Payroll implementations to help support a dynamic growing organisation to their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of large scale program, include system configuration, complex system integration, payroll cycle processing, vendor management, change management, business process management and security maintenance while ensuring mínimal impact to our clients and employees and adhering to strict timelines- Deliver HR customer centric outcomes to deliver an exceptional leader and employee experience- Manage and lead day to day activities which requires interaction with resources across multiple geographic locations and with executive level management- Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with the determined project framework (i.e. Waterfall, Scrum, Agile)- Ensuring strict project governance and frameworks are established- Coordinating multiple streams or projects to represent a single view through the use of project controls- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and tasks- Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, quality and performance requirements- Ensuring specialised project management methodologies, tools, and templates are applied where appropriate- Supporting and regularly engaging project teams to enhance the organisation’s project capabilities- Supporting business resources in the implementation of project- Identify, analyse, and manage change requests against the project scope
Key Skills and Attributes Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role critical- Experience working on HCM/Payroll/Time and Attendance/WFM implementations critical- Relevant tertiary qualifications in management or business discipline highly regarded- Experience working in outsourcing or a BPO environment preferred- Project Management qualifications will be highly regarded (Prince2)- High level of experience with stakeholder coordination and management
