Our capes are on to reshape pet wellness, an industry built around outdated and shady products and practices. Our first brand, Lyka, delivers fresh, human-grade meals as a subscription service to dogs across Australia.

Since our founding in 2018, we have served over 10 million meals and raised ~AUD$30M in capital from venture funds and pet industry insiders to continue our mission to help pets live their best life.

We’re looking for an all-star Growth Manager to join us in our mission to change the pet wellness game, and help our furry friends live out their best lives.

**The Role**

You will sit within our Product team, working collaboratively and cross-functionally with our Product Managers, Customer Experience Managers and Performance Marketers to strategise, plan and drive forward our growth initiatives.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Developing the short-term and long-term digital growth strategy that is aligned to the company’s growth and revenue targets
- Driving a cross-functional team across Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Engineering to reach the growth goals
- Running a methodical process involving with a cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, size and prioritise growth initiative, implement experiments, evaluate results and draw learnings
- Working with Data Analytics to develop real-time reports and statistical models, analysing data to draw insights from initiative performance
- Leveraging data-driven insights to shape the growth strategy and tactics
- Preparing and presenting recommendations and findings from growth initiatives all the way up to the executive level

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in growth marketing, growth product management or similar
- Live and breathe data analysis and problem-solving
- Be an Excel master, with knowledge of SQL/ Tableau/ website analytics tools a plus
- Have experience making decisions based on analytical insights
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritise high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
- Strong leadership skills, experience managing stakeholders, influencing and holding teams accountable to hit ambitious growth targets
- Have an experimental yet strategic mindset, extremely focused on delivering results
- A broad knowledge of performance marketing and product management
- Sound commercial acumen and business knowledge with the ability to learn Lyka’s business and revenue drivers from head to tail
- A self-starter who’s comfortable with failure
- Highly organised with outstanding written and verbal communication
- Finally, you must love dogs
