**Are you a talent Communications Manager with a passion for making a difference?**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and strategic Corporate Communications specialist to manage internal and external communications.

The role suits a person with strong awareness of and experience in corporate and internal communications strategies, and ideally some exposure to Government relations, mergers and acquisitions and change management. Great communication and copywriting skills, and good project and people management expertise are vital.

**The Role**:

- Working with the Chief Growth Officer, Head of Marketing and executive leadership to develop and roll out the key brand and business narratives in alignment with overall business strategy that drive brand awareness and consistency.
- With Head of Marketing and Communications, manage the PR company and drive high quality media engagement and stories.
- With Head of Marketing, work with lobbyist and provide support and assets to them as required
- Assist executive leadership in developing presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messages. Support in-house researcher and PR company to develop thought-leadership pieces
- Act as brand communications expert for brand locally and internationally, and Australian brands domestically
- Develop effective corporate communication strategies that build and maintain a positive corporate brand across various channels including impact reports, capability statements, media releases, thought leadership pieces, websites, social media platforms.
- Oversees the development and maintenance of the corporate website including methods to deliver message, ease of navigation, and clarity of information; ensures that all content is current and relevant (with Digital Marketing team)
- Develop, implement, and adhere to communications budget.
- Develop, compose, distribute, and implement polices to enhance the efficiency of the communications department and to further develop the building and maintaining of a positive corporate brand.
- Oversee corporate sponsorships and events

**You'll Need**:

- BSc/BA/BCom in public relations, communications or relevant field or equivalent experience
- Excellent corporate writing and storytelling ability
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, journalism or related field delivering communications strategies aligned to business priorities, including supervisory experience required.
- Ability to provide recommendations based on strategic fit to business priorities and marketing framework
- Great interpersonal relationships with all key stakeholders and excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities, thinks in a structured way, has attention to detail
- Ability to stretch from strategy formulation to doing day to day functions including updates to websites, social posts and monitoring of analytics
- Experience in creating and engaging and high-quality content including video
- Ability to offer sound media relations advice to senior leadership.
- Preferred - good connections with relevant media, industry and community organisations
- Working with children, police and immunisation checks required
