NALHN is seeking a Project Support Officer to work within their highly skilled Division of Aged Care, Rehabilitation & Palliative Care.
- The Project Support Officer position is primarily designed to manage and facilitate data collection and data entry for across the Division of Aged Care Rehabilitation & Palliative Care (ACRPC) services. This data is utilised for the funding and accountability of inpatient, outpatient and community services. The data also supports the Australian Rehabilitation Outcomes Collaborative (AROC) and the Palliative Care Outcomes Collaborative (PCOC) for benchmarking across Australian services. The Project Support Officer will work alongside clinical staff who are accountable for the scoring of individual clients through their inpatient episode.
- The position may be required to perform general administrative and clerical duties pertaining to the management of data within the division.
- Duties in this role include, but are not limited to:

- Facilitate data collection and data entry to ACRPC data bases on all patients admitted to the ACRPC Inpatient, outpatient and community services, ensuring all data is collected and managed for each patient.
- Data cleaning, reporting and submission as required
- Assisting the Data Project Manager / Admin Lead, with data entry and administration tasks for research projects
- Supplying monthly KPI data to the Divisional management team.
- Collating and reporting data for other reports including AROC and PCOC reports and Health Round Table

Training on and experience using AROC and PCOC data sets is desirable.
