**About You**:

**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Administration Support Officer within the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care (ACRPC)

The Administrative Officer is responsible for the provision of a comprehensive and confidential, secretarial administrative and reception service to the Northern Adelaide Rehabilitation Service.

As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, the Administrative Support Officer is responsible for providing support services to the Northern Adelaide Rehabilitation Service in the provision, planning and development of the service.

The position is responsible for the efficient and effective administrative services by ensuring prioritisation of work, established routines, methods and procedures in practise are followed. The Administration Officer contributes to the provision of the service by providing excellent front of house customer service in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and client confidentiality. Key tasks include data entry, preparation of medical records, updating patient data, and provision of administrative support and resource management to team members.

- National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)

**Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category B (indirect contact with blood or body substances)**
