Through the leadership of a small team, you will focus on the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies for both new and existing products. We are constantly innovating, and you will work with your team on NPD concept through to developing the pathway and strategy. Success is profitable growth for the category/brands within your business.

**Additional Responsibilities include**:
Management of full P&L for category/brands, including driving and actioning measures to optimise profitability.
Develop and adhere to marketing budgets.
Completing monthly report (sales and profitability)
Involvement in monthly demand review meetings
Ongoing stock management via forecast process
Oversee all marketing activities and plans for the brands, ensuring all deadlines are met
Plan and oversee the category/brands advertising and promotional activities
Measure and Evaluate marketing plans to determine effectiveness, and course correct as required

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

With previous senior brand manager or marketing manager experience (or equivalent), you will have worked across all areas of the marketing mix, including new product development. You will have an in depth understanding of grocery and/or pharmacy brands and retail channels.
In addition, you will be a self-starter, able to work autonomously to drive your portfolio’s growth and market dominance. You will act with passion, always looking for new opportunities for your brands, Nature’s Way and PharmaCare.
Lastly, although definitely not least, you are a true people leader with a focus on people development and talent management.
