**The Role**

Working as part of a vibrant and dynamic finance function, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Organise account details for new customers
- Processing invoices
- Data entry responsibilities
- Handle queries from employees and customers
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- General administration duties
- Assist with relevant reporting duties
- Other ad hoc duties to support the team

- Self motivated and willingness to learn attitude
- Prior experience in a similar Accounts, Administration or Bookkeeping role
- Professional phone manner with strong communication skills and a customer service focused approach
- Excellent time management skills to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Keen eye for detail and an ability to multi-task
- Desire to grow and develop within your role
