As an administration officer, Central Adelaide Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT), you will provide specialised administration support to the senior manager, assessors and Clinical Flow Coordinators (CFC), who make up Central Adelaide ACAT.

The administration officer requires high level computer skills as well as technical proficiency in the My Aged Care system, National Screening and Assessment Form (NSAF), Microsoft Office suite and legacy ACAT databases. The administration officer must be able to complete end of month reporting, be proficient in minute taking and development of minutes, agendas and managing calendars.

The administration officer provides a high-level customer service and a high level of attention to detail, to ensure high quality data entry. The administration officer works within the Aged Care Assessment Programme (ACAP) guidelines, _Aged Care Act 1997_ and is able to meet agreed benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which aligns with programme funding.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC) - less than 12 months old
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Aged Care Screening check
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
