**About the role**

You will be joining our Central Services team in a role supporting our employment services division in alignment with deed, guidelines and internal procedures.

Using your keen eye for detail along with strong organisational and administrative skills, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring that the contractual and organisational requirements are met;
- Ensuring that evidence and data entry submitted into systems is accurate and compliant;
- Reviewing and contributing to business processes to achieve high standards of efficiency and compliance;
- Contribute to creation and implementation of procedures

**About You**

We are looking for a strong customer focused administrator who can thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, process driven environment. You have an incredibly sharp eye for detail and can use Microsoft Office and information databases to complete high level administration tasks. You can confidently prioritise jobs to meet deadlines and can work within a collaborative team where information sharing is paramount. Clear and prompt communication is essential as is a supportive approach.

Experience working within program specific contractual frameworks or guidelines will be highly regarded however not essential as you will be provided with extensive on the job training to develop your skills.

A police check is required on commencement.
