This role is responsible for ensuring that the provision of parks, gardens, nature strips, beaches and reserve cleaning services at Mosman are of a high quality and are undertaken in a systematic, efficient and effective manner.

**What You’ll Be Working On**

You will be responsible for the Supervision of the ‘A’ and ‘B’ location garden sites for the Parks and Sports Field Contract, nature strip and garden maintenance for the Open Space Small Area Maintenance Contract and Beach and Reserve Cleaning Contract, including but not limited to:

- inspection, monitoring, assessment and supervision of contractor operations for adequacy of service provision, WH&S and environmental compliance _(Note: Inspections will be required to be undertaken both within and outside core business hours)_
- data collection, input, management and reporting
- cost control, review claims for payment, and preparation of Certificates for Payment
- monitoring and maintenance of an inventory of mobile garbage and recycling bins
- follow up and resolution of operational matters and customer service issues as required; and
- conduct Contract and Contractor annual reviews and performance assessments

**What You’ll Bring to the Role**

To be successful in this role, you will hold a Horticultural Trade course certificate or equivalent, with demonstrated experience in and/or the administration and supervision of service delivery contracts.

In addition to the above, **you’ll also have a valid Covid-19 vaccination certificate.**
