Leasing Consultant

Our client is the most successful, fast paced agency on the Lower North Shore. Operating out of fantastic offices situated in a prominent location, this is an expert team that process a strong presence in the local market and dominate in all aspects of Real Estate.

Currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their dynamic team, this is an opportunity for an energetic, driven and proven performer.

This role will see you progress into a sales agent when the time is right. Cut your teeth on an entry level role & fine tune your sales skills.

**The Role**:

- Monday - Saturday position with a day off during the week
- Leasing of their local portfolio
- Conducting open homes and inspections
- Application process including reference checks
- Market Research & Rental Appraisals
- No prior real estate experience is required
- A current **certificate of Registration **or part way completed is essential
- Driver’s license & Car
- Strong attention to detail and communication both written and verbal
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
- Passion for the real estate industry and wants to do sales long term
- Competitive go getter attitude
- A Persistent Personality
