**What will you be doing in this role**:

- Preparing for and attending open homes
- Prospecting calls to the database and local residents
- Prepare for and attend marketing appraisals
- Follow up buyer inquiry and nurture buyer pipeline
- Assist with running auction campaigns
- Attend pre-settlement and building inspections
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
- Open home call backs and prepare Vendor reports
- Negotiate sales and exchange contracts
- Attend photoshoots
- Experience in a similar role prospecting and managing buyers
- A NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 licence
- Impeccably presented and confidently spoken
- A valid drivers licence and reliable car
- A confident phone manner
- The ability to work as a part of a team
- Knowledge of the lower north shore and its amenities
