**Job tasks and responsibilities**
Reporting to the Head of Asia-Pacific Operations the National Service Operations Manager (Executive Manager) will lead a senior management team of eight people who oversee a group of 150 employees. Your division is accountable for a $70 million dollar revenue budget in safely delivering long term maintenance solutions and equipment supply to the organisation's customers. The key expected outcomes are to safely deliver the gross margin expectations of the long term service agreements, coach your Contract Managers on how to deliver first class service to their customers, lead transformational change and develop the growth strategy for 2024 and beyond. One of your direct reports is the Service Delivery Manager who oversees the branch network allowing you to focus on critical strategic and commercial outcomes for your division.
**Skills and experience**
Professionally qualified, you will have relevant senior leadership experience in overseeing a team responsible for delivering after market service, parts sales and field service technical expertise in long term maintenance solutions from emergency call out to capital maintenance and overhaul offerings. Ideally you will have worked in a mature service environment with exposure to strong safety and robust systems in either the oil & gas, energy, water, mining, industrial, rotating equipment or infrastructure sectors. You will be regarded as a highly accomplished negotiator with strong people development, coaching and stakeholder management skills. Finally, you will be able to demonstrate your strategic thinking abilities with examples of how you increased market share and safely delivered a competitive offering to your targeted markets in your current or previous positions.
