**About the role**:
This is an exciting, fast-paced, hands-on opportunity where the interaction and cross-functional abilities of the individual will lead to success. If your dream is to leave a legacy, then this is the place to do it.

This is a role that you can get your teeth into for all the right reasons with safety, people management, process improvement and WMS utilisation as the top priorities. Under the guidance of an experienced National Manager who themselves are keen to pay it forward and invest in the next generation of leaders.

Some of what you will be doing:

- Achieving personal, as well as operational team targets and KPIs
- Leading, coaching, mentoring, and managing your operational team to provide exceptional customer service and positive outcomes
- Working with managers and team members to identify opportunities for improvement, creating action plans and receiving commitments to ensure outcomes/results are achieved
- To control the activities of operations in a cost-effective manner
- To oversee efficient employee and vehicle daily programming for storage
- To ensure that all relevant systems and documentation are accurate, precise, and complete, within the client management system
- Manage operational service delivery issues to resolution

**About you**:
Ideally you will have exposure to the removals and or storage industry. You will have demonstrated success in operations and mentoring others. Your experiences will show a hands-on approach that successfully oversees and assists with the day-to-day management of frontline staff. We don’t want to maintain our position we want someone to come in and continue to grow it. So, looking outside the box, trying new things and finding efficiencies are the traits we are looking for.

What else we are looking for:

- Your commercial acumen means you understand what’s needed to support a successful business
- Sound operational understanding that can juggle labour, vehicles, inventory, equipment, warehousing, purchasing and the forward thinking to keep on top of it all
- Experience managing a team remotely across multiple locations
- You know and understand people and you invest in their development and training
- Good understanding of operational efficiency and cost control
