**Role**:
To work cooperatively with the Principal and Facilities Manager in the management of maintenance of school buildings, grounds. plant and equipment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Including but not limited to**:

- Complete maintenance, modifications and repairs to school equipment
- Complete maintenance of the school grounds
- Complete daily maintenance of the swimming pool
- Coordinate maintenance of fire systems
- Coordinate purchase of items for the above
- Ensure compliance of safe work practices within the principles of Occupational Health and Safety
- Organise work priorities with the Principal and Facilities Manager
- Undertake other related duties as requested by the Principal and Facilities Manager
- Work flexibly and reliably within tight guidelines and with mínimal direction in a team environment
- Operate in a professional, courteous, efficient manner at all times respecting confidentiality
