**About the role...**

The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) is seeking a highly organised and energetic **Partnerships Coordinator** to join its Commercial Team.

Most famous for the annual Sydney Royal Easter Show, we also run a range of immersive education programs and Sydney Royal competitions throughout the year to judge and award the ‘best of the best’ in Australian agriculture, food, wine and related products.

As **Partnerships Coordinator**, you will be a part of a dynamic and fast-paced commercial division of the RAS' operation. Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the Team as they deliver a wide range of partner benefits and securing new partners and advertisers.

Ideally you will be from a sales background with strong administrative skills, and be able to establish strong relationships with prospective and existing partners along with a range of other stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.

Though the RAS is an iconic organisation steeped in rich history, it is an ever-evolving and dynamic workplace, so your creativity and forward thinking is a must for this role.

This role is predominately Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, in the lead up to and during the Show, a high degree of flexibility is essential.

What you will need to be successful in this role:

- The ability to manage multiple projects at one time and to work efficiently towards tight deadlines
- Experience in preparing presentations, reports and managing finances
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage well with people at all levels
- Detail orientated with proven administrative and organisational skills
- Positive attitude, energetic work ethic and demonstrated initiative
- Intermediate MS Office experience

We manage the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Sydney Royal competitions, the RAS Foundation, Australasian Animal Registry, and the Sydney Showground. The RAS has a team of over 130 full-time staff and an indispensable pool of casual staff who work on the Easter Show, and other Sydney Showground events.
