**About Support Services**

**Support Services is within the Information and Services Directorate as is responsible for providing non-clinical support across the Health Services. Departments are Cleaning (non-clinical), Security, Gardens and Grounds; Incident and Emergency Management, Transport Couriers, Linen and Mail, Waste and Sustainability, Food Services, Switchboard and Patient Enquiries and Car Parking.**

**About the role**

The role will provide operations support to Support Services Departments and the Director of Support Services.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:

- Experience in supporting teams to deliver outcomes.
- Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and experience in database use.
- Demonstrated high standard of written and verbal communication skills, including ability to respond in a timely manner.
- Experience in the development of policies and procedures.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with management and staff at all levels.
