**About the role**
- We are expanding and looking for an experienced product/brand manager to join our product development team. Reporting to the Head of Product this role will work in partnership with them to:_
- manage our range of 800+ frames,
- supply reporting that analyses product performance,
- undertake product life cycle analysis of our existing frames,
- liaise with the procurement team ensuring accurate demand forecasting,
- liaise with the retail team on in-store activations and promotions,
- providing proactive support to the brand, ensuring product information is always current and available to internal departments involved in the product development process, including external interaction with suppliers,
- maintaining the progress and deadlines of the product development plan by owning critical paths
- researching global trends and managing the impact on our product portfolio

- This role typically suits people with brand / product management experience and is ideal for someone looking to take that next step in their career with a larger, globally growing organisation._
- To be successful in this role, applicants should have:_
- Bachelor of Business or similar and relevant to this role
- 3-5 years’ experience in product development and design, brand management, supply chain, merchandising or retail buying
- Proven numerical and data analysis (excel) skills in product sales data
- Exposure to quality control, production, logistics, compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with data and able to autonomously share data driven product insights
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working in a retail/fashion design environment

Optical knowledge, experience with quality control and production are highly desired and will accelerate understanding of the OW way.
