As a **Brand Manager** for our three growing Craft brands - **_White Rabbit, Kosciuszko and Voodoo Ranger_**, you'll be the mastermind behind three distinct craft beer brands with limitless growth potential. You will lead the thrilling journey that will challenge your creativity allowing you to leave a tangible long-lasting impact in the craft beer world

**What are your key responsibilities?**
- Support the Marketing Manager to execute agreed brand strategies and manage the brand performance of consumer and commercial objectives aligned to agreed AOP targets.
- Support the development of brand strategy and lead the execution of brand plans that influence consumer behaviour delivering short and long-term outcomes.
- Effectively communicate the brands’ growth strategy and execution asks across key business functions to inspire and motivate teams.
- Effectively own end-to-end initiatives with brilliant project management skills.
- Lead and/or support in the review and reporting of brand performance through data and insight and recommend changes to plans to support both short-term and long-term brand goals.
- Proactively seek opportunities for incremental (sustainable) brand growth.
- Partner with the Creative and strategy team and shopper/trade marketing teams to ensure all brand campaigns and activity is delivering on brand strategies and impacting consumer behaviour steeped in rich consumer insight.
