Administrator / Customer Service Officer

The Client
Our client has a strong presence in the construction industry, they provide core funding programs focusing on attracting, developing new entrants and existing workers to the industry.
The Role
This pivotal role will involve providing exceptional administrative support and being the primary point of contact for external customers.
**Responsibilities**:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including enquiries, complaints, and comments, while taking appropriate actions and documenting them in the database;
Oversee the reception and kitchen area, ensuring a welcoming and organised environment;
Responsible for facilities maintenance, ensuring that the office is well-maintained and operational;
Manage stationary and office supplies, monitoring inventory levels and placing orders when necessary;
Maintain registers for keys and swipe cards, ensuring accurate records;
Reconciliation of credit cards and invoicing; and
Provide assistance in organising and coordinating staff events.
About You
Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or administrative role, where you demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Well-presented with a professional demeanour and excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
What's on Offer
Part-time position with a commitment of five days per week;
Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 2:30 pm or 8:00am - 3:00pm;
