The Role:
- Organising meetings and calendar for CFO
- Preparation of reports and presentations
- Assisting with recruitment - Job ads and organising interviews Assisting finance team
- Maintaining Systems and Processes
- General Administrations duties
What you need to succeed:
- Australian Citizen or Permanent resident due to being a permanent role
- Well presented with a energetic approach
- Strong administration skills/ experience
- Strong Microsoft skills, Google Docs experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in the office full time based in Sydney Olympic Park
- Ability to multitask
