**About our Unit**:
The UNSW Canberra Contract Unit is responsible for the management of the University’s contract with Department of Defence. It is responsible for reporting on the University’s annual Education and Research performance and the suitability of the Services delivered by the University.

**About the Role**:
**Role**: Contract Coordinator
**Salary**: Broadband Level 6/7 $91,472 - $108,588 plus 17% Superannuation
**Employment type**:Full time, 35hrs
**Term**: Continuing
**Location**:Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

As the Contract Coordinator, you will be coordinating the planning and submission of an annual cycle of contract deliverables, including operational plans and performance reports. The role will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of Contract related committees, including preparation of Committee papers and management of action items.
- Experience as a University Administrator
- Experience in preparing reports such as University Education and Research performance reports, University program accreditation and academic reviews
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience
- Ability to drive effective contract management
- Excellent attention to details
