**The opportunity**
The National Acquisition Manager at Bupa drives portfolio growth through strategic acquisition of Corporate Partnerships in both domestic and international markets. This involves identifying and pursuing sustainable partnership opportunities, building relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and achieving substantial acquisition targets through influential communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Build corporate partnership acquisition pipeline, aligned to market & customer strategy
- Deliver increased market share through successful commercial opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with key Brokers and potential Corporate Clients
- Provide stakeholder skills to deliver strategic outcomes and leverage stakeholder capabilities in a coordinated way

**What do I need?**
- Tertiary qualifications or an equivalent wealth of market experience
- Established senior connections within the corporate market
- Over 10 years of sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets in selling private health insurance or similar business-to-business sales account management
- Adept at consulting with C-suite executives of large or strategic clients to design, execute and manage strategic business plans that meet client needs and achieve sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to develop business strategically by collaborating closely with key personnel within large client organisations to identify their current and future needs
