We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic Energy Solutions Sales team. In this critical role, you will support the team in achieving their sales objectives by managing tools, systems, processes, and sales reports that drive decision-making and efficiency. Reporting to the Commercial Development Manager, your insights and administrative expertise will help shape our sales strategy, optimize processes, and establish a long-term competitive advantage for the business.

What you can expect in the role:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the Energy Solutions Customer Value Proposition, market positioning, and key opportunities.
- Establish and maintain effective sales tools, systems, processes, and databases (CRM, IMS, Sales Database) to streamline sales operations.
- Evaluate and implement a sales training program to ensure the team fully utilizes sales tools and systems.
- Generate and maintain sales reports that inform strategic decision-making across the Energy Solutions Sales Team.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Delivery, Asset Management, and Commercial teams to optimize sales processes based on feedback.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Energy Solutions Sales team, including proposal generation and managing returnable schedules.
What we would like to see you bring:
- Degree in Business or another relevant field.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptability to make sound decisions with limited information and uncertainty.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse stakeholders.
- Detailed knowledge of the Energy Solutions Marketplace and the products/services available.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing practical solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong writing skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving results with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent commercial judgment and relationship-building skills, with the ability to network, influence, and drive business performance.
