**About Us**:
HOBAN is a trusted recruitment agency, partnering with a prestigious South Australian State Government Department in search of a highly skilled Business Manager/Executive Assistant to support their vital operations. This is a temporary contractor position for a duration of a few weeks to a few months.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Business Manager/Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the recruitment process for statutory programs, including interview coordination, contract management, and onboarding preparation.
- Assisting the administration team in managing a reception service, including telephone interactions.
- Coordinating the Guardian's appointment diary, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Providing high-quality word processing services for various documents.
- Possessing knowledge of SA Government business operations and experience with Basware and Objective records management systems is preferred.
- Holding a current and valid Department of Human Services child-related employment screening (working with children check).

**Position Details**:

- ** Role Title**: Business Manager/Executive Assistant
- ** Role Level**: ASO5
- ** FTE**: 0.6 - 1.0 (minimum requirement is 3 days per week)
- ** Preferred Workdays (if part-time)**: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
- ** Hours**: 9 am to 5 pm, with 30 minutes for lunch
- ** Start Date**: Monday, 11 September 2023 (flexible)

**Role Description**:
The Business Manager/Executive Assistant reports to the Guardian for Children and Young People and plays a crucial role in supporting the office's strategic operations. Responsibilities include leading the administration team, budget management, effective communication, problem-solving, and project coordination.
