**What you'll be doing**
- This position will provide high level of program and administrative support to the Director, Aboriginal Health Strategy, including ensuring regular, accurate reporting of Indigenous Health Key Performance Indicators to monitor progress towards achieving the _Closing the Gap _outcomes, as articulated in the New South Wales Aboriginal Health Plan 2013-2023.- .**What we can offer you**

**Talent Pool**

Selection Criteria
- This is an identified position in accordance with Section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW). Applicants must be a person of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent who has a demonstrated ability to work with and earn the trust and respect of Aboriginal people, communities and organisations.
- Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks while managing competing work priorities and work flow within allocated resources.
- Ability to work independently and with demonstrated capacity for effective teamwork.
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to bring a creative approach to problem solving.
- Experience of responding to a range of customer enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment.
- High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook.
