What you'll be doing in this role:
You will we apart of a clinical team overseeing the day to day provision of clinical care including the oversight and education of staff to ensure that all customer care, assessment and documentation requirements are met and that quality care services are provided to meet the daily needs of customers

Warrigal Multicultural:
Our Multicultural Village is based in Warrawong, providing care and support for older people from culturally and linguistically (CALD) diverse backgrounds. Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, our Warrawong Multicultural Village hosts both residential care beds and independent living units, a mixture of modern indoor and outdoor (garden-facing) rooms with beautiful garden views, residents can feel supported and connected to their friends and family while being taken care of in a friendly environment.

Who we're looking for: 

  • You'll have a current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (experience in aged care highly regarded)
  • You'll have demonstrated clinical leadership skills and knowledge
  • You'll have knowledge of all relevant legislation affecting the operation of Aged care Services
  • You’ll have learning and development experience including undertaking staff competency assessments
  • You'll be resourceful, respectful, passionate and have a willingness to share knowledge and experiences within your team
