**This is a Workplace Experience Intern role with Eucalyptus based in Sydney, Australia.**
Eucalyptus (or 'Euc' for short) is a healthcare technology organisation on a mission to deliver high touch, high quality care to millions of patients. Eucalyptus is a house of consumer healthcare brands built off of a core shared technology and services layer. We have 5 healthcare brands that form the connective tissue between telehealth consults with doctors, pharmacy delivery and ongoing patient care. Our goal is to provide a differentiated and comprehensive care experience for a wide variety of patients and conditions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an eager ‘go getter’ who is keen to gain insight and exposure into a thriving, innovative and fast-paced workplace. You will have the opportunity to get to know a wide range of people from across all departments, giving you exposure to teams and roles in a forward-thinking health-tech company with strong purpose.
- Manage day-to-day office functions including but not limited to mail, deliveries, office cleanliness, stationary supplies, kitchen appliances, suppliers, contractors, and visitors.
- Stock and inventory of food, drink, stationery, and merchandise.
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers such as cleaning contractors, maintenance companies and building manager to ensure all functions of the office are running at full capacity.
- Assist with both on-ground and international employee onboarding.
- Work closely with the Sr. People Experience Partner in planning staff events & initiatives, delivering our onboarding experience to new starters, and potentially support other aspects of employee experience.
- Be the go-to person for office-related questions from our Eucalypts
