**About the Role**

The Programming Assistant assists with the coordination, delivery and evaluation of programming and participation events to ensure a distinctive, impactful audience experience at Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria. This will include administrative support for project planning, production elements, ticketing and finance as well as a hands-on contribution to the producing of events. This position will be required to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders as it relates to planning and running various events. This role provides administrative support to the wider team and Head of Programming and Audience Development and will particularly contribute to work on _Lightscape_ 2023.
