We are currently in a scale-up phase with significant further growth ahead, Cartology leverages the best of the Woolworths group expertise while creating its own distinct offering and culture.
Paid Media Specialists will drive the planning, optimization, and reporting of media campaigns while managing key accounts across various channels including display media, YouTube, CTV/BVOD, social, and audio.

Join us to make a significant impact in digital marketing and contribute to our dynamic team with a focus on crafting and optimising digital media strategies to hit KPIs and elevate advertising performance, requiring meticulous testing, optimization, and creative conceptualization. You'll oversee smooth operation of selected campaigns from setup to reporting, ensuring efficient delivery and insightful analysis while driving your own career within a supportive and high energy team.

**What you’ll do
- Planning and Execution of multi-channel campaigns predominately video, display & social media, supporting in other programmatic buys
- Manage media plans, work closely with the Cartology delivery teams to gather campaign briefs, update tracker, plan and implement accordingly
- Manage campaign setup, delivery, optimisation, reporting and insights. This includes identifying trends/learning’s for future opportunities
- Collaborate with business partners during quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align campaign plans with business priorities and squad capacity
- Present plans and strategies that support the overall business objective and define the role of channel with the solutions team and raise the operational standards by creating better reporting templates, better process documentation and initiative gaps as needed Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their goals and objectives to deliver tailored media solutions that drive results and exceed expectations

**What you’ll bring
- 4+ years in Prior experience running end-to-end campaigns across Programmatic, Social Trading and Media Planning in either Agency or Client-side
- Strong experience in DV360, Google Ads, CM360, Meta suite, Looker reporting
- Strong understanding of advertising campaign workflows, systems and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to get to root cause and resolve issues
- Experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving, frameworks, project and change management Financial acumen and ability to analyse information, identify trends and prioritise issues, then make effective decisions.
