**What we are looking for**:
WooliesX is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to work within the Ecosystems Products tribe to support all the product-related content across our internal Search & Navigation experiences, which helps to improve the discoverability of products and enhance the customer experience.
As a key member of the Product Content, Data & Search chapter you will work closely with the wider eCom and Woolworths Group stakeholders to manage and optimise the product discovery journey for our customers. The primary focus of this role is to own the delivery of any navigation updates (including seasonal) and serve as a product data expert in the search domain. In addition to this, proactively review strategic areas to further enhance product discoverability aligned to customer intent.

**About the role**:

- Manage the delivery of new or updated categories for our product information architecture across our digital channels
- Cultivate and supplement our key trading periods by offering insights on how to best shape the customer experience to exceed campaign objectives
- Align the search and navigation quarterly deliverables with campaign activity across all digital channels to ensure the product content element is set up for success at each touch point
- Manage the integrity of the product discoverability journey shared with our customers, including conducting internal audits and reviews of internal processes to ensure the accuracy of the product information sequencing
- Collaborate with all the relevant digital channels and wider technical stakeholders on platform enhancements relating to the flow and management of product discoverability
- Shape the strategic direction of product search and navigation and contribute to the continuous improvement of the experience to connect customers to their intent
- Generate insights and patterns from customer internal search activity to provide clear and concise reporting for senior stakeholders to review on a regular basis

**Who you are**:

- Ideally, you’ll have 4-6 years eCom or digital experience - preferably in a retail environment
- Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) to update website content
- A strong understanding of user search analytics, utilising tools like Adobe Analytics, GA 360 or Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience creating and managing the product discoverability journey
- Data driven decision maker, with an eye for detail and a focus on the bigger picture
- Confident influencing solutions for both internal & external stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively lead the Product Content, Data & Search chapter vision
- Innovative and forward-thinking, focused on enhancing our customer experience
