**Product Specialist - CPP (Paid Search)

**About the Role
**As a member of the Cartology Product & Platform team, you will be responsible for engaging and supporting Cartology clients and their use of Cartology’s eCommerce search solution, Cartology Promoted Products (CPP).

Additional accountabilities will include:

- Manage proactive client engagement to acquire, retain and support ongoing use of Cartology promoted products
- Develop effective client engagement plans to meet product revenue targets
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of hundreds of potential/engaged clients, at varying stages of the sales cycle, whilst maintaining status of client engagement with SalesForce
- Develop a strong understanding of client’s products, marketing goals and objectives
- Develop campaign strategies, facilitate new briefs and deliver campaign recommendations to new and existing clients
- Collaborate with Product team and broader Cartology and Woollies X teams to ensure we provide positive experiences and results to our clients
- Communication to clients of new product features and updates
- Continue training and education to keep pace with product updates, industry changes, and sales knowledge
- Use your outstanding communication skills to provide exceptional service to our valued clients
- Exceptional client presentation, product demonstration, and negotiation skills with a focus on customer service

**About You
You are passionate about digital and understand the power of search and the role it plays in the online customer journey and customer activation. As a strategic thinker, you will understand each of your clients, their products, and campaign objectives and provides solutions to deliver outcomes and impactful results.

Desirable skills, experience and qualities will include:

- 3+ years experience working in digital advertising or eCommerce environment
- Experience in paid search marketing or strategy would be ideal
- Strategic thinking and delivery of performance and outcome-based solutions for clients
- Ability to build strong business relationships and networks
- Articulate and confident presenter who can deliver client presentations and recommendations
- Account management and ability to deliver high-quality results against revenue and retention targets
- Takes initiative and follows-through on commitments to achieve results
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver exceptional client engagement services
- Experience working in both entrepreneurial and established corporate cultures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
- Ability to go above and beyond in your role, demonstrating initiative and drive
