Become part of a cohesive team, working alongside a well-established and expert accountant, focused on providing personalised & approachable professional support to numerous clients.

This permanent part-time position and will be commencing in June for 10+ hours per week spread over 2 or 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

**We are looking for -**
- Reliable, proactive & approachable
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word & Outlook
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Brilliance with numbers & data entry
- Tech-savvy
- High level of confidentiality
- Experience in an administrative role will be an advantage
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

**What will each day look like?**
- General reception
- Administration support duties
- Collating client information accurately
- Scanning correspondence and updating database
- Using existing templates & Microsoft Office programs
