**THE COMPANY**:
Fire protection business located in the Shire.
**THE POSITION**:
This position reports directly to the Administration Manager and supports the entire office with general administration functions.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Answering incoming calls
- Customer service
- Provide specifications on products
- Assist with order processing
- Freight weights & measurements
- Processing orders
- Upkeep of office supplies & kitchen
- General administration duties
**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position
- Intermediate MS Office
- Willingness to learn & grow with the business
- Reliable and hard working
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
**HOURS**:Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
**SALARY**:$60-65K + Super (Depending on experience)
