This permanent part-time position and will be commencing in June for 10+ hours per week spread over 2 or 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word & Outlook
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Brilliance with numbers & data entry
  • Techsavvy
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Experience in an administrative role will be an advantage
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

What will each day look like?

  • General reception
  • Administration support duties
  • Collating client information accurately
  • Scanning correspondence and updating database
  • Using existing templates & Microsoft Office programs
