**About the role**:
The APS 5 Case Management Support is a team membership position and is accountable for organising their workflow and making independent decisions relating to an area of responsibility.

The position will be required to provide policy advice within an area of specialisation with advice based on policies and legislation.

The role will be required to undertake activities and tasks using available information where options are not always evident.

It will be required to perform procedural, clerical, administrative and operational tasks that supports and contributes to the client's objectives.

The APS 5 Case Management Support will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries.

**Duties**:

- Analysing and assessing AAT Applications received by the client.
- Managing the requests for medical and functional assessments.
- Assessing and responding to risk from processes, including in terms of privacy considerations and priority. Preparing and filing Tribunal documents as required for AAT Applications received by the AAB within strict time frames.

**Required experience/skills**:

- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
- Data collection and analysis.
- Data cleansing.
- Systems Administration. Time management.

**Desirable experience/skills**:

- Data visualisation.
- Experience with Power Query. Experience with other Microsoft Applications such as Power BI, Power Automate & Access.
