Government department tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Currently seeking a Case Manager to join their busy team for a 12-month temporary assignment.
**About the role**

As a Case Manager, you will coordinate and assist in the strategic planning,
program and project management, and policy development that support the Agency's objectives. In addition, your key duties are as follow:

- Undertake end to end case management activities
- Analyze complex AAT matters to develop options for early
resolution
- Attend Case Conferences, Conciliations and Hearings conducted by the AAT

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Previous experience in a case management role involving risk and vulnerable participants
- Strong experience interpreting information and legislation to reach an agreed resolution
- Excellent decision making skills and the ability to justify decision based on evidence
- Ability to engage easily with a diverse range of people
- Ability to achieve individual and team goals and targets
- Ability to work within tight timeframes and manage competing priorities.

**Benefits**
