**What you will be doing **We are looking for an energetic office administrator or receptionist. Join this well established and successful company with a staff of about 20. The hours are 7:30am-4:30pm. Your duties will include:

- Reception - answering phones, meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Retrieving messages
- Receiving quote requests
- Managing shared calendars
- Typing up quotes
- Sending quotes to customers
- Filing
- Meeting minutes
- Assisting with marketing material
- Opening and closing of the studio
- Recording orders for materials and;
- Much much more

**Do you have what it takes**
- It goes without saying you will have amazing communication skills, be a team player, be friendly, confident and have loads of initiative.
- You will be punctual, have a good work attitude, intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, exceptional customer service skills and be professional and flexible.
- This is a fast paced environment, so we are looking for someone who is able to cope with that and have the ability to multi-task.
- You will have 1-2 years' of admin / reception expereince.
