Meka Recruitment is looking for Admin Assistant for a reputable Construction Company based in Brisbane. Due to our client's growth, they are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant that can start immediately and hit the ground running.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and update event calendars
- Arrange staff meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails
- Maintain databases and filing systems.
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Must have basic experience in using Xero
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office especially Outlook and Teams

Part-time hours: 38 per week
**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
