**Your new role**
Working with a supportive and tight knit team, you will provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the business. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Actively managing general administrative tasks and assisting with ad-hoc jobs as required.
- Liaising with all key stakeholders and answer customer and supplier enquiries, providing effective and professional customer service.
- Coordinating the set up and completion processes for all customer accounts.
- Review of purchase order receipting, processing invoices, obtaining approvals, and ensuring processing is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Completion of weekly and monthly payment runs.
- Reconciliation of major supplier statements and investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Assisting the accounting function in daily banking entries and reconciliation, and a few other tasks as required.
- Playing a proactive role in identifying areas for improvement and optimising key processes.

**A bit about you**
- You’re a self-motivated professional with previous experience in an accounts or administrative role.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong allocation and reconciliation capabilities.
- Client focused and a real team player, you’re committed to delivering exceptional customer service and positive business outcomes.
- You have a strong aptitude for technology and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You’re excellent at managing your own time and schedule, you thrive in a busy environment, and you don’t need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done.
- You have strong attention to detail, you’re not afraid of paperwork, and you certainly don’t like to put things off until later.
- You have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
