Our client is a reputable property developer and investment company. They are currently seeking for a Development Manager to join their Melbourne office.

**About the role**:

- Planning the projects and strategies to expanding business.
- Management of the project plans and budgets from beginning to complete.
- Negotiating with project partners and legal/tax advisors.
- Building relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Document preparation for proposing the project plans and reporting progress of projects to HQ in Japanese.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Understanding of and experience in residential land development project.
- Ability to make decisions of business plan, structure and strategies.
- Financial knowledge for managing project costs and financial performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to make document and communicate in business Japanese
