**The Role**
The Housing team is responsible for leading a diverse range of residential developments, requiring a collaborative and innovative approach to delivery. The **Development Manager** role will support and manage the development team through different phases of the employment precinct and town centre project in Officer, Victoria, including planning, design, construction, procurement and sales phases in accordance with Development Victoria’s strategic objectives, policies and processes.
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Property Development, Construction or Project Management discipline combined with minimum 4 years experience at a manager level
- Experience managing both the procurement and ongoing performance of consultants and contractors in accordance with Government policy
- Experience managing and leading a small team of property development professionals
- Proven ability and experience in planning, organising and coordinating planning, design, construction and marketing of built form developments
- Experience in the preparation and analysis of financial feasibility studies, programs, budgets and cost monitoring to achieve commercial outcomes
- Experience in the preparation and presentation of complex reports and briefs using clear, concise and coherent language
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), MS Project and Adobe Pro, or PDF-based programs
