**The Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead, Quality & Post Market to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will drive innovative solutions and effectiveness across our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulations and ISO 13485 standards while aligning and enabling our business strategy. Your responsibilities range from project management, facilitating training programs, stakeholder management and fostering a quality-first approach across the organization.

This will initially be a 12-month contract with potential to move into a permanent role at Stryker.

**What You Will Do**
- Utilize and promote best practice project management methodologies, including change management, to ensure successful adoption of Quality plan deliverables by the business
- Execute project plans, oversee and track project deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and cost
- Act as a delegate for the management representative as required
- Manage stakeholders effectively, fostering understanding and implementation of efficient Quality practices throughout the organization while ensuring compliance and supporting the business strategy
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with business partners to ensure alignment and engagement of stakeholders
- Monitor Quality plan progress, track milestones, and provide comprehensive reporting to all stakeholders in a timely manner

**What **Y**ou **W**ill **N**eed**
- Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device Quality management systems and medical environments
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex business projects with tangible improvements
- Involvement in projects with executive-level stakeholders for at least 1 year
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or Project Management certification.
- Experience utilizing project management and diagramming software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner/Project, Basecamp, JIRA, Asana, Visio, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Ability to create, explain, and present accurate schedules, objectives, reports, and documentation.
- Experience leading and inspiring teams to achieve success
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships, negotiate, persuade, and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Autonomous work style with effective time management skills
- Ability to understand and analyze complex systems and take a logical, systemic approach to problem-solving
- Ability to challenge traditional processes, lead change, and implement ideas for improvement
