Right now, we have a permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as the **Branch Administrator**.. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will be based in our **Laverton** branch and take on a diverse range of administrative tasks.

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

In this dynamic position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all administrative functions, working closely with our Service, Parts and Warehouse teams. You will also drive and coordinate the fun stuff like fundraising and branch events.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Invoice and Purchase Order management
- Supervision and support of reception function
- Meeting coordination and preparation
- Organising and maintaining file systems and records
- Providing administrative support to the Branch Manager and Department Leaders

**ABOUT YOU**

You are an experienced and confident administrator with exceptional customer service skills. You are a positive and engaging communicator who enjoys collaborating with a diverse group, at all levels.

**To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to resolve problems, in a practical, timely and professional manner
