Right now, we have a permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as the
Branch Administrator.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will be based in our
Laverton branch and take on a diverse range of administrative tasks.


ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the entire team at Laverton, to assist in the administrative functions for the branch.

You will be responsible for the coordination and execution of operational and administrative functions, to ensure the smooth operation of the business.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clerical support to the operational areas, including Maintenance, Parts, Service and Warehouse
  • Providing administrative support to the Branch Manager and Department Leaders
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Taking phone calls
  • Coordinating and arranging meetings and preparing agendas
  • Organising and maintaining file systems and records
  • Collecting and distributing mail

ABOUT YOU
You understand the importance of exceptional customer service and have a strong eye for detail. You are a naturally positive and engaging communicator and enjoy collaborating at all levels.

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Accurate data entry with a high attention to detail
  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Ability to resolve problems, in a practical, timely and professional manner
