This is a fresh start, an opportunity to shape the future of cyber security at Insignia Financial, building a new era of cyber resilience. You'll be the architect of our cyber security framework, aligning our strategy with business goals, industry best practices, and evolving regulations. Indirectly, you will support external clients by ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organisation's services, upholding client trust.

You have a proven track record in cyber security leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to develop and execute cyber security strategies. You should possess a deep understanding of cyber security governance principles, frameworks, risk management methodologies, and compliance standards. Communication skills are crucial, as you will need to articulate complex cyber security concepts to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership and non-technical audiences. Strong relationship-building skills are also essential, along with a history of collaborating effectively with technology teams, project managers, architects, and business partners. In addition to being a strategic thinker with a strong governance focus, you will have a passion for cyber security.
