Manage the Group Cyber of a ASX25 organization
- Lead the engagement with heads and leads, senior stakeholders and vendors
- Design, implement and operate critical cyber defense strategy for group cyber
Lead the uplift of a top 25 ASX company's cyber defense capabilities through continuously designing and delivering cyber security strategies & roadmaps.
Manage an elite team of top cyber security leads and SMEs, engage with the organization's most senior internal & external stakeholders and vendors, and assist the CISO in guiding the Cyber Group to achieve its long-term objectives.

**The Cyber Group Manager will be responsible for the following**:
- Lead the design, implementation and operation of cyber defense architecture and strategies for group cyber.
- Continuously design and build defensive security capabilities.
- Lead the engagement and influence of key stakeholders to define and design cyber security services, standards, and frameworks that align with the group's strategy.
- Lead the team in handling critical cyber security incidents.
- Contribute to organizational cyber security strategy to continuously improve the threat & risk landscape.
- Ensure cyber resilience & security by design-driven outcomes of strategic change initiatives, projects & programs.
**In order to be successful, the Group Cyber Manager will possess most of the following attributes, skills, and experience**:
- 15+ years of experience in information security and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing cyber security teams.
- Experience with threat intel, detection and hunting, Incident Response, Digital Forensics and Security Engineering.
- Experience with ISO27001, NIST, PCI DSS and MITRE Att&ck.
- Phenomenal communication skills, substantial experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and ideally change management experience.
