**About the opportunity**
You will play a vital role in managing various HR functions and initiatives. Reporting to the HR manager you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining essential HR processes whilst collaborating with key stakeholders across different departments, supporting the business and building relationships.

**Duties**
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding, offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HRIS database
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Actively contribute to the development of policies and internal procedures
- Support with HR projects and ad-hoc admin related tasks as required

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field
- Previous experience in a HR Coordinator role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems e.g. Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience improving or streamlining existing processes
- Proven proactive approach and initiative
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
